We welcomed the NBA back with a solid six-game slate on Thursday. Tonight we get a ten-game schedule of basketball. After a few trades yesterday, there are some value plays with guys expected to step up into roles and pick up minutes. Vegas has the lowest total on the board at 202.5 so there shouldn’t be any low scoring games to stay away from. The high total for the night is in Denver with a 235 for the Nuggs/Nets game. Best of luck!

The numbers in the parenthesis are the number of experts that picked that player to give you more context as to the gaps between players and the tiers. Also listed projected ownership percentages for Cash and GPP leagues to help determine which players will be the chalk and which players could be a good, low-owned contrarian play.
Here are the Industry Consensus picks for tonight.
Highly Touted
- TJ Warren (12x) – 60% Cash / 37% GPP – Warren rounded out the first half by scoring in double-digits in three of his final four games. He’s a nice value play and should see increased minutes with PJ Tucker heading to Toronto.
- Russell Westbrook (10x) – 27% / 21% – Has seen his season assist numbers dip to 10.1apg. In danger of seeing his season-long triple-double average not come to fruition.
- DeMar DeRozan (10x) – 33% / 25% – In two games against the C’s this year, DeRozan is posting 32.5ppg and 9rpg.
- Dario Saric (10x) – 33% / 26% – Saris rounded into shape prior to the break. In the last five games, he’s averaging 20.6ppg and 7.4rpg. Should see increased minutes with the departure of Nerlens Noel.
- Rudy Gobert (10x) – 33% / 25% – Has five straight double-doubles. Earlier this season against the Bucks, Gobert scored 26 points and grabbed 14 rebounds.
- Jahlil Okafor (8x) – 23% / 19% – Now that he’s made it past the deadline and remains a Sixer, he should be able to settle in and produce. Should be well-rested having only played 17 minutes in the last two weeks.
- Gordon Hayward (8x) – 20% / 19% – Looking to build off a phenomenal first half of the season in which he posted 22.2ppg.
- Bobby Portis (7x) – 19% / 17% – With Taj Gibson gone, it appears the PF position is his. When given minutes, he’s been a solid producer. A really nice value play tonight.
- Nikola Jokic (7x) – 15% / 15% – Had a dud in the final game before the ASG. That being said, he’s still putting up 20.6ppg and 13.4rpg in his past five outings.
- Kyle Lowry (7x) – 19% / 17% – Lowry has lit the Celtics up this season averaging 30ppg in three games.
- Dwyane Wade (7x) – 19% / 17% – Should be back in action after missing four of the final five games prior to the break.
- Kawhi Leonard (7x) – 19% / 17% – Was on a tear prior to the break. Averaged 30.5ppg in the four games leading up to the break.
Recommended
- Jimmy Butler (6x) – 14% / 14% – Butler averaged 24.5ppg, 6.3rpg and 5apg in the first half. A solid stat line for a guy that is probably surprised to still be a Bull.
- Paul Millsap (6x) – 14% / 13% – Has posted 15ppg and 7.3rpg in three games against the Heat this season.
- Yogi Ferrell (6x) – 16% / 14% – In eight February games, Ferrell has posted 14.3ppg and 4.5apg.
- Victor Oladipo (5x) – 11% / 11% – Topped the 20-point scoring number three times in the final four games before the break.
- Jeremy Lin (5x) – 11% / 11% – Lin is back and expected to be the starting PG tonight.
- Seth Curry (5x) – 19% / 14% – He scored in double-digits in three of the final four games prior to the ASG.
- Danilo Gallinari (5x) – 11% / 11% – Gallinari played the final game before the break after sitting out for a stretch. He should be rested and ready for a playoff push.
- Karl-Anthony Towns (5x) – 12% / 12% – In two games against the Mavs this year, KAT is posting 26ppg and 10rpg.
- Robert Covington (5x) – 11% / 11% – In the three games prior to the break, Covington averaged 18ppg and 7rpg.
