Oh boy! We have a monstrous 12-game slate of NBA basketball for DFS tonight. Not often do we get a schedule of games this large. That being said, the potential for ownership percentages to be down are there and there will be more than plenty lineup combos to toy with. If that’s not enough, check out how loaded our Highly Touted category is for tonight. Vegas highlights include two games with double-digit spreads (Griz/Nets & Nuggs/Kings) with all but one game having a total of 204.5+. Best of luck!

The numbers in the parenthesis are the number of experts that picked that player to give you more context as to the gaps between players and the tiers. Also listed projected ownership percentages for Cash and GPP leagues to help determine which players will be the chalk and which players could be a good, low-owned contrarian play.

Here are the Industry Consensus picks for tonight.

Highly Touted

  • Ty Lawson (10x) – 44% Cash / 29% GPP – Consistently seeing 30+ minutes per game. In the last three, averaging 15ppg and 7.7apg. Nice value play.
  • Klay Thompson (9x) – 26% / 21% – It just feels like Klay is having a down year though his numbers are similar to his career ones. He’s coming off a 29-point performance yesterday.
  • Terrence Ross (8x) – 23% / 19% – Ross is a key cog in the Orlando offense. Keep an eye on Vucevic’s status because Ross becomes a greater part of the scoring, if Vuc is out.
  • Aaron Gordon (8x) – 23% / 19% – Similar to what I said above about Ross. Has two straight double-doubles in which he’s posted 18ppg and 10.5rpg.
  • Stephen Curry (8x) – 19% / 17% – Putting up 25ppg, 6rpg and 5.2 apg over the last five.
  • Damian Lillard (8x) – 22% / 19% – He has turned up the scoring recently. Over the last ten games, he is averaging 26.7ppg, 6.2apg and 6.1rpg.
  • Kawhi Leonard (8x) – 19% / 17% – Has topped the 30-point plateau in three straight with two double-doubles in that stretch. Posting 32ppg and 9rpg in those three games.
  • Blake Griffin (7x) – 18% / 16% – Scored 23 points, grabbed 8 rebounds and dropped 4 dimes in the season’s previous matchup with the Celtics.
  • Mike Conley (7x) – 18% / 16% – Has pushed his season scoring average to almost 20ppg. In the last four contests, Conley is scoring 28.3ppg.
  • Bismack Biyombo (7x) – 27% / 19% – Scored 14 points and grabbed 15 rebounds last night in Vucevic’s absence. If he is out again, Biyombo becomes a big time value play.
  • Khris Middleton (7x) – 20% / 17% – He’s getting back in a groove. Posting 21.3ppg, 4.7apg and 4rpg in the last three.
  • Jusuf Nurkic (7x) – 20% / 17% – Nurkic has found a home in Portland. Anywhere but Denver was where he needed to be. Has scored 18ppg and hauled in 8.3rpg in the last three.

Recommended

  • Evan Fournier (6x) – 15% / 14% – This is the night of the Magic apparently. Fournier becomes our 4th Magic player on tonight’s list. Scored 18 last night.
  • Nicolas Batum (6x) – 15% / 14% – Batum has only averaged 11ppg and 8rpg in two previous games against the Pacers this year.
  • Karl-Anthony Towns (6x) – 13% / 13% – Towns is in full-on “beast mode” with six straight double-doubles. In those games, he is averaging 26.8ppg and 17.5rpg.
  • Rudy Gobert (6x) – 15% / 14% – He is a rebounding machine. Coming off a game Sunday where he scored 16 and grabbed 24 rebounds.
  • Nikola Jokic (6x) – 13% / 13% – He is questionable for tonight’s game so keep an eye on that. Four straight double-doubles in which he is averaging 18.3ppg and 13.8rpg.
  • Ricky Rubio (6x) – 15% / 14% – Rubio is coming off a 11-13-10 triple-double in San Antonio on Saturday night.
  • Dario Saric (5x) – 11% / 12% – Saric is posting 18ppg and 8.8rpg over the last five.
  • Jimmy Butler (5x) – 11% / 12% – Over the last ten, Butler is averaging 19.3ppg, 7.4apg and 4.4rpg.
  • LaMarcus Aldridge (5x) – 12% / 12% – He has two straight double-doubles. Posted 19.5ppg and 12.5rpg in those two.
  • Willie Cauley-Stein (5x) – 12% / 12% – Since the Cousins trade, WCS is averaging 13.8ppg and 6.4rpg.
  • Marc Gasol (5x) – 11% / 12% – Gasol just missed a triple-double against the Nets earlier this season with 19 points, 10 rebounds and 8 assists.
