Another full 15-game MLB slate to dissect for Friday night. It could be a wild one with numerous high-quality pitching options at all price levels and a bunch of hitter stacks to consider. Since I only list my top 3 pitchers and stacks, here are a few others that just missed the cut. On the pitching side, Max Scherzer, Blake Snell, and Zach Davies. On the hitting stack side, Rockies, Red Sox, A’s, and Dodgers. Well, that is enough of who didn’t make the list, read on to find out who did!

We have a good sized nine-game MLB DFS slate on Thursday night. High-priced pitchers lead the way on the mound but there is some good value bats on the consensus list to make your lineups work.
The Weighted Consensus for the MLB is where we publish an in-depth version of rankings every day that considers each expert’s current DailyOverlay score to generate a Weighted Consensus ranking. To calculate the Weighted Rank Score, each expert’s DailyOverlay score for hitters and pitchers is weighted on a sliding scale from 1 to 5 with the top expert in the current standings being weighted with a five while the last place expert is weighted with a one. This method gives the higher rated experts picks more weight when compiling the overall player rankings for the day. We will include all players that generate a Rank Score of at least 8.0.

There is a nine-game evening slate on the MLB diamonds Thursday. The slate is set up as one where you will probably need to pay up for pitching, so we are looking for some value stacks. On tonight’s stack list, I’ll bring you four 3-man stacking options to choose from as it could be a good “suited connectors” night to run out a three 2-3 man stacks instead of full 4-5 man stacks to spread out your risk and focus your upside.

If you have ever wondered how to differentiate between two players who were both selected by the same number of experts, then this is the list you need. One of these games is not like the others, one of these games just doesn’t belong. That is the way I feel about Wednesday night’s eight-game MLB slate. There is one game that will get a lot of my attention on the hitting side and you can probably guess which one it is with two gas can pitchers on the hill in a good hitting environment. There is even a hitter-friendly umpire behind the plate to top it off. On FanDuel the players in this game are also criminally underpriced so you can get pretty much get your choice of pitcher. Building out your pitching will be more difficult on DraftKings where the hitters in the potential home run derby game aren’t quite as egregiously priced so I give you some value pitchers to consider.

Pitching is a little sparse in my opinion, so outside of my Ace, I’m going to roll the dice a little bit with my second pitcher on two-pitcher sites. With very few pitchers that interest me, you can bet there are a bunch of good stacks to consider. I’m listing out my favorite three for tonight which does not include the game at Coors Field, which will have one of the chalkiest players on the slate, an inexpensive Carlos Gonzalez returning to his former home. Use him in Cash games (on DraftKings) but fade him in GPPs.
