MLB – Industry Expert Consensus – June 7th

Prepare for the 14-game MLB Friday night slate with our Weighted Consensus Rankings from the top experts around the industry. There are 10 stacks on the list tonight but most of them are only three hitters deep. However, it is a pretty select group of pitchers to consider. Let’s start the weekend with a bang!

The Weighted Consensus for the MLB is where we publish an in-depth version of rankings every day that considers each expert’s current DailyOverlay score to generate a Weighted Consensus ranking.  To calculate the Weighted Rank Score, each expert’s DailyOverlay score for hitters and pitchers is weighted on a sliding scale from 1 to 5 with the top expert in the current standings being weighted with a five while the last place expert is weighted with a one. This method gives the higher rated experts picks more weight when compiling the overall player rankings for the day. We will include all players that generate a Rank Score of at least 8.0.

MLB – On the Hill – Friday (June 7)

Friday night in the MLB starts off the weekend with a 14-game evening slate. There are so many good-looking stacks to consider on this slate that I just couldn’t limit myself to my usual three, so you’ll get a bonus stack. I also feel like three of the four stacks that I’m recommending for tonight will be fairly low owned. On the pitching side, there is some decent value and I’m actually recommending a Darkhorse option that I typically stack against. It could be a wild night!

DailyFantasySportsRankings and Rotowire – Optimizer tied for the top spot with their recommendations for the Pocono 400 last weekend. DFS Karma followed right behind the top two in 3rd place for the week. For the season, DailyFantasySportsRankings built on their lead, while DFSArmy has a hold on the second spot. However, there is a battle […]

MLB – On the Hill – Thursday (June 6) – Main

The MLB evening slate consists of five games on the diamond. It is an odd slate where I will consider stacking practically every team even those going against my top pitcher recommendations (just not in the same lineup). I think you will want to pay up for pitching on this slate as it gets ugly […]
