If Vegas is right there should be a ton of points scored on Friday’s seven-game NBA slate. All seven games have a Vegas total over 227 points with three coming in over 237 points. But I’m not sure if that will translate to a ton of fantasy points scored in DFS as we are a little light on cheap value options and there aren’t many high-priced studs to pay up for.
The grid below is a snapshot of today’s slate that shows the overall rating for each position for each team. The numbers highlighted in red are in the top 25% of their position for the slate and indicate good plays. Meanwhile, the numbers highlighted in blue are the positions that are in the bottom 25% of their respective position for the slate and are positions to avoid.

There may only be a six-game slate on the NBA hardwood for Thursday night, but it was surprisingly difficult to whittle down my list, so I’m giving my usually 10 Droppin’ Dimes selections and taking the continuation for a “And 1.” There are already a few teams with key players out and news will likely come for more scratches as we approach tip-off.

After a mini three-game slate on Tuesday, we have a huge 11-gamer on the NBA hardwood for Wednesday night. It looks like a great night to deploy a “Stars and Scars” type of lineup with a few high-priced studs that should shine and some inexpensive value options that are either on a roll lately, getting extra minutes due to injuries or in a #revenge game.
