As such, I will have two On the Hill articles today that just list my top plays without a write-up. This article will be for the five-game early slate where the weather is a key ingredient when building your lineups with a lot of wind in the forecast. So, for the early slate, we want to get most of our pitchers from the Indians/Tigers matchup and most of our hitters from the Mariners/Royals and Dodgers/Cardinals matchups.
