The Wednesday night 10-game MLB slate could hinge on the availability of Max Scherzer to start for the Nationals against the Phillies. As of this writing, it sounds like he is going to give it a go with his broken nose suffered during batting practice. If he doesn’t start, then an underpriced Phillies stack is certainly in play. Weather is also worth keeping an eye on with rain expected in Chicago where there are cool temps with the winds blowing in which would be ideal for pitchers.
