Welcome to the first weekly NBA Industry Expert recap and grades! Each week we will take a look back at the previous week in the NBA to review the expert’s picks that we captured and graded to let you know which sites and experts are giving out the best selections. As a reminder we are currently gathering selections and publishing the NBA Industry Consensus articles each Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday during the NBA season.

The first week of the NBA season we tracked 12 experts, plus the Industry Consensus picks. Through the first week, many of the experts have performed very well with a few sites consistently showing up near the top of the daily standings. The Industry Consensus picks are also looking strong early on finishing in 5th place out of 13 experts listed through the first week.

In this article, I will give a brief recap of each day we gathered and graded the experts, including how the Industry Consensus picks did, highlighting which experts were at the top for the day and which players were only called out by one or two experts, but produced a “A+” grade. I will also review the overall standings, highlighting the top experts so far this season.
