What a weekend of baseball! The Angels and their first home game in the wake of their fallen teammate, the Rays almost throwing the first-ever combined perfect game, Coors going nutso on Satuday and Sunday, there was some men’s tennis match, and then most importantly…. Homer Bailey and Andrew Cashner traded to the A’s and…
Look at those Angels ride! Look at those Nats die! Angels chalk hit in a massive way Monday night. And the Nationals’ ability to discern weather continues to be mind-numbing. Luckily for this guy, I bailed once the great Kevin Roth was worried about pop-up thunderstorms and the game was going to start in a…
Hope everyone had a great Father’s Day weekend, enjoying food, family and some U.S. Open Golf! That’s how I like to spend this weekend every year personally. Outside of golf’s third major, there also was some big news in the land of baseball over the weekend. Edwin Encarnacion was traded to the Yankees from the…
Well, the NBA season is officially over the Toronto Raptors, yes, the Raptors, are the 2018-19 NBA Champions. The underdog always comes back around to bite. Anyway, Major League Baseball provides us DFS players with a full 15-game slate of action. We have 7 pitchers in the $9K and above range, including a $12K Gerrit…
Happy Michael Wacha chalk day AND happy Carlos Gonzalez Revenge Game Day. Ok, well the second one above is probably a stretch considering CarGo is CarGone. But yea, Michael Wacha will be highly sought after today against the Marlins. And it goes against every rule and being I have in my DFS body. First rule,…
If you are playing on FanDuel tonight, make sure you lock in your rosters before 5:35 p.m. central time. FanDuel has crammed in two of the earlier games into the evening slate giving us a full 15 games to dig through for daily fantasy baseball tonight. We’ve got a few studs on the mound, some…
As long as new episodes of Game of Thrones exists, it’s hard for me to wrap my head around baseball for Mondays. But there’s only one more episode ever for #GOT, but it’s possible my overall sadness of its completion could spill over to many days of the week, and baseball might be put behind…
With my neck of the woods likely having to duck, dip and dodge severe weather all day, I am not sure how much DFS I will be partaking in Wednesday. But it’s not Wednesday yet as I am writing this the night before, so like recommending DFS plays each slate, you can’t predict what the…
And like N’Sync once said…’It’s gonna be, May.’ Yes, I literally just reference a boy band in my opening of a DFS baseball write-up. But it’s not wrong. It’s officially May and one month of baseball is in the books. I think April was full of surprises. No one expected Seattle to jump out to…
Kyler Murray is an Arizona Cardinal. Daniel Jones is a Giant Dwayne Haskins is a Redskin (weird sentence there…). And the first round of the NFL Draft is complete. It was a lackluster night, not a lot of big names to be drafted after Kyler Murray. Defense and offensive linemen were the stars of the…
The Value Index is back at it, folks. I missed Tuesday, so we will tackle this evening slate for DFS. We have 7 games on the main evening slate. We don’t have to worry about Coors either. You can get your fill with that setting in the early slate. Tonight we have one stud pitcher…
