Hope everyone had a great weekend, but it is back to the weekly MLB grind here at Daily Overlay. I must say this is a really great time of the year. School is winding down for me (two weeks left!), so that means summertime is upon us and so is a couple of months off…
Tonight, Clayton Kershaw is $14,400 on DraftKings. $14,400! I have been playing daily fantasy baseball for more than 3 years and I don’t recall ever seeing a pitcher priced this high. You can pair him with Bryce Harper and have about $30K left for a second pitcher and 7 more positions for an average remaining…
Even with an afternoon game, we still get a 15-game slate with the Crew & Cubs playing a double-dip. A wide array of choices at every position tonight with the exception of third base. That being said, they are spread out all over the board. Only two stacking options for the night and the experts…
After a plethora of options last night, the Consensus leaves us a bit short-handed tonight. Odd because we’ve added another expert to the fold which, you would think, would mean more Consensus players. Do you roster Zack Greinke in his first start off the DL? Do you stack the A’s like the Consensus tells you…
Monday night features a solid nine-game slate of MLB action. The experts are in agreement with who the top plays are with six players being selected by at least seven experts and many more selected six times. However, Coors Field seems to be under-represented tonight with only four players making the list despite coming in…
The expert’s picks for tonight’s 15-game slate are all over the place. I don’t remember a slate that was so spread out. Many positions only had two players that were selected by at least three experts so I have expanded most of the hitting position out to include players that were selected by at least…
There are 14 games on Friday night and only one true ace taking the hill. If you load up with Scherzer, the Consensus does not provide a lot of value plays this evening. However, if you pay down at pitcher, you can load up with some power bats…and what better place to find them than…
Today’s expert consensus list focuses on the nine-game Wednesday night slate where the experts are all over the place on the pitching side tonight with eight pitchers selected by at least three experts. On the hitting side it is all about the Cubs lineup tonight with six Cubs’ hitters on the list. Be sure to…
Here is the Industry Expert Consensus picks for tonight’s 15-game slate. Without a true ace on the slate, the experts provide a wide variety of pitching options tonight. There is also five different hitter stacks to choose from which should spread out ownership percentages tonight. Also, I have included catchers that were selected by at…
Looks like we are back to full-strength tonight with the experts. A small, 7-game set on this Wednesday evening for your DFS pleasure. Nothing really tickles my fancy as far as pitching is concerned and I’m guessing the ownership percentages will be all over the board at that position. The Consensus does provide us with…
A fairly limited number of options from the Consensus tonight. Only five different starting pitching choices should make for an interesting time in our Lineup Construction article. A few stack options including loading up on Cardinals right-handed bats against the putrid John Lamb in the bandbox Great American Ballpark. Weather looks fairly clear tonight so…
A couple of weather concerns tonight so double check those radars before lock. The experts had some pitchers that they were particularly fond of tonight including one potential value arm. If you read Brad’s “On the Hill” article today then you should play Adam Conley. He has played Conley on the right nights and he’s…
