NBA - Value Index - Wednesday, Oct. 23

For the Value Index this year, we are going to focus on the best value plays at each position...PG, SG, SF, PF and C.  We will run this series on slates of 5 or more games that occur during the week. All pricing will be centered around DraftKings.
