Here is the NFL Weighted Consensus rankings for Week 13. In this series, we will publish a more in-depth version of the NFL Consensus rankings every week that takes into account each expert’s current DailyOverlay score to generate a Weighted Consensus ranking for each position.
To calculate the Weighted Rank Score, each expert’s DailyOverlay score is weighted on a sliding scale from 1 to 5 with the top expert in the current standings being weighted with a five while the last place expert is weighted with a one. If you have ever wondered how to differentiate between two players who were both selected by the same number of experts, then this is the list you need. We also list the projected Ownership Percentages for Cash and GPP leagues to help you identify some players that could be good low-owned contrarian plays. We will include all players that are selected by at least two experts.

I am flipping back to my typical Offensive Tendencies analysis this week after doing the “Hot Sheet” on a busy Thanksgiving week last week. The Hot Sheet did a good job of helping identify strong plays as I finished 8th in our NFL Expert Grading last week. I may look to either incorporate the Hot Sheet into this article down the road or transition over to the Hot Sheet entirely. So with that onto the Week 13 analysis…

Look for the Cowboys to execute their typical run-heavy play distribution on the road in Minnesota. The passing game will be less productive than normal with a decrease in both passing yardage and their opportunity for more than one touchdown pass. The running game will produce their typical yardage but will have a decreased chance for any more than one rushing score. The Cowboys run 51% of the time in the red zone.
The Vikings will pass slightly more often than usual this week. As a result, the passing game will see an increase in passing yardage and their chance for more than one touchdown pass. The running game will also be slightly more productive than usual with an increase in rushing yardage and their typical opportunity for one rushing score. The Vikings run the ball over 54% of the time in the red zone.
Increased Opportunities:
With a big 10-game slate of NBA action on Wednesday night the NBA DFS experts were quite spread out in their recommendations with a lengthy list of Suggested plays. There could be a lot of close entertaining games tonight with only one favorite of more than 10 points (Raptors) and seven out of 10 games with an Over/Under of 205 or higher.
The numbers in the parenthesis are the number of experts that picked that player to give you more context as to the gaps between players and the tiers. Also listed projected ownership percentages for Cash and GPP leagues to help determine which players will be the chalk and which players could be a good low owned contrarian play.
