NBA – Hot Sheet – January 22

After a full day of NBA action on Monday, Tuesday comes in with just four games on the docket. There are a few high-priced studs available to consider and a couple of potential injury situations to watch but overall it seems like a pretty straight forward slate. With all four games coming in with a Vegas total in the 220s, ownership should be pretty spread out despite the small slate.

The grid below is a snapshot of today’s slate that shows the overall rating for each position for each team. The numbers highlighted in red are in the top 25% of their position for the slate and indicate good plays. Meanwhile, the numbers highlighted in blue are the positions that are in the bottom 25% of their respective position for the slate and are positions to avoid.

NFL – Handicapper Consensus Picks – Conference Championships

The Handicapper Consensus picks went a perfect 5-0 in the Wild Card round but were far from perfect in the Divisional round with a 0-3 record. They come in with a consensus on three bets for the Conference Championship round. The only play not on the consensus is the Patriots/Chiefs O/U which was split between everyone taking the Under when it was around 57 and everyone taking the Over when it was around 54.5.

In this series, we will publish a consensus of Handicapper Picks against the spread and totals where we pay for the premium picks and take the time and effort to accumulate them, so you don’t have to. This week we pulled picks from 10 expert sites and 24 different handicappers to get our consensus betting selections.  Picks make the Consensus list if they receive at least three more selection on one side than the other side. We will also be grading handicappers throughout the season.
