NBA DFS – Hot Sheet – January 20

While we have a full slate of NBA action all day long on Martin Luther King Day, my NBA Hot Sheet will focus in on the five-game evening slate that tips off at 7:30 PM (Eastern). Keep a close on the injury news for the Lakers/Celtics tilt as who sits and who plays in that matchup will greatly shape your lineup decisions.

NBA DFS – Hot Sheet – Jan 17

There is a solid seven-game NBA slate on the hardwood Friday night. Almost every game has a Vegas line around eight points with all of the totals coming in between 216-230, which gives us a lot of ways to go when building our DFS lineups. Find out which positions have “heat” on Friday night and who are my top DFS picks.

Coming off a night where the chalk struggled to meet expectations, we’ll look to get back on track with a 10-game NBA slate on Wednesday night. Of course, injuries are at the forefront of our research, as there are still some situations that need to monitor as we move toward tip-off. I have made certain assumptions in my DFS Droppin’ Dimes picks for tonight, so pivot as needed if the news doesn’t break as predicted.

There is a six-pack of NBA action on the hardwood Tuesday night. It is another good night to follow the newswire with a couple of high-priced studs already ruled out and potentially more on the way. So, while I provide my top DFS plays of the night, be ready to pivot as late scratches are announced leading up to tip-off.

NBA DFS – Hot Sheet – Jan 13

The Association delivers a seven-game slate to start off the week on Monday night. The slate features four games with tight Vegas lines of three points or less and three games with Vegas favorites of double-digits. There is a 10-game NBA slate lined up for Friday night. It could be another high scoring DFS night with seven of the 10 games featuring a Vegas line of four points or less and seven games coming in with a total over 220 points. We have a nine-game NBA slate lined up for Wednesday night and it should be a wild one with seven of the games coming in with a Vegas total of 218 points or higher. We also have some players already ruled out and the potential for more which will open up plenty of value options to implement a “Stars and Scars” DFS roster construction.

With a solid six-pack of NBA game on the hardwood Tuesday night, there are a lot of tight Vegas lines including four games with a favorite of just three points or fewer. The one game with blowout potential is the Lakers/Knicks matchup which makes me a little bit concern about paying the hefty price tag for LeBron James or Anthony Davis. With a few players expected to continue to miss time, there are some solid mid-priced options that should see increased playing time and usage tonight. Injuries abound on Monday’s six-game NBA slate. Be sure to keep a close watch on the injury status of players such as Giannis Antetokoumupo, Karl-Anthony Towns, and Bradley Beal, among others as their potential absences could open up some good value options on the slate. There is also already a strong group of mid-priced options with upside to use in both Cash and GPP lineups.
