We have Matt back tonight supplying a couple of DraftKings lineups while he is in Texas. Meanwhile, I provide a couple of FanDuel lineups again, where I have cashed with 2 out of 3 of my Cash game lineups so far. And Stephen provides some FantasyDraft options coming off a small cash with his GPP lineup last night.

Here is a list of the “rules” we are following when constructing lineups:

  1. We will make two separate lineups for each site (FanDuel and DraftKings), one for Cash games and one for GPP tournaments.
  2. For Cash games, we will build the core of our lineup from the Consensus list using any player listed regardless of what tier they are in and will be allowed to choose 1 player that is not on the Consensus list that we consider to be a good play.
  3. For GPP games, we are allowed to choose up to add 2-3 players that are not on the Consensus list to help complete a hitter stack or we consider to be a good play.
  4. We can modify any lineup as we see fit for any late-breaking lineup news that opens up good options even if they are not on the Consensus list.

As always be sure to check for late-breaking news regarding weather and lineups.

Cash Game Lineup

Cash

Cash Narrative – Got my Ace, Syndergaard and loaded up on White Sox against Mike Pelfrey using Dioner Navarro as a fill-in for Alex Avila from the Consensus list. Solid hitters from the Consensus round out my lineup.

GPP Lineup

 DK

GPP Narrative – Going back to an Oakland stack again tonight against yet another lefty Rangers starter using Semien as an off the board play to complete the stack. Also going with a Mariners stack against home run prone Drew Smyly using three righties and adding in Cano as an off the board play. Then using Estrada as a strong pitching option at a reasonable price going against the Phillies.

Entrant – Matt – DraftKings

Cash Game Lineup

Cash Narrative – Happy to be back! Let’s get to cashing starting with this Cash game lineup. Estrada seems to me a very safe option tonight. I’ll pair him with Gray, who has looked great since coming back from the DL. A couple of M’s, White Sox and A’s in the lineup. No off the board plays.

GPP Lineup

dkgpp6.15

GPP Narrative – Stacks of M’s, Jays and a short stack of Red Sox. Two pitchers that offer high upside but do come with the potential for a pretty low floor. Only off the board play is Marte.

Cash Game Lineup

Untitled 6-15-16

Cash Narrative – Thor gets the nod in both cash and GPPs tonight despite the tougher matchup. Kluber makes my cash lineup tonight and I was able to fill out a solid lineup with the top-two pitchers on FantasyDraft. Dioner Navarro is in the lineup for the Sox instead of Avila, who is on today’s Expert Consensus. Dae-Ho Lee is not someone i would usually play in a cash game, but needed some salary relief to pair with the ever-so-cheap and very great all-around option in rookie Tim Anderson. Going to keep riding the A’s train with Phegley and Khris Davis. Also, love the White Sox against Gas Can Pelfrey, though that could blow up in my face on both lineups should Pelfrey somehow manage to keep it together.

GPP Lineup

Untitled 6-15 GPP

GPP Narrative – This is a similar lineup as the one above except i snuck Abreu and Frazier along with Eaton and Anderson for a very heavy White Sox stack. Eaton, Dozier, Frazier and Abreu are all BvP plays for me today. Off the board I am going with Brodubel Herrera, who I love against the soon-to-be regressing Marco Estrada, who looks like a safe play on paper, but the Phillies are scrappy and I wouldn’t be surprised to see them put up 3 or 4 runs and make life difficult for Estrada, who is an extreme fly-ball pitcher. My other off-the-board play is Adam Wainwright. Get him while he’s still cheap, it appears he is rounding into form. The Astros strikeout a ton and are much more offensively challenged against RH pitching. Good luck all!
