I was a Tony Allen play away from a really great night in the Association last night.
I even published a lineup with Allen as a member of my cash lineup yesterday, but I had to replace with my actual lineup (as that one was an accidental play as I was in a rush to switch lineups twice at my publishing deadline).
I wish I had played Allen after all, it would’ve given me a 384 or so and a nice chunk of change in a tournament. It still was a solid night for me overall and I hope to get a nice streak going tonight (though I would love it more if we knew about Vucevic’s availability in time to get him in on FanDuel).

Cash Game Narrative – Last night was a tough fit for the Consensus article. It was an even more difficult task on DraftKings. I am sold on John Wall and Carmelo tonight along with Patty Mills, Kawhi and Aldridge. Unfortunately, I couldn’t fit them all in (and I tried to not stray from the actual list this time), so above is the lineup I came up with.

GPP Narrative – Markieff is my off-the-board play against a weak Portland front court. Danny Green also makes the cut due to needing some value and Tony Parker and Duncan are out (also the reason for playing Patty Mills who complies with our rules on injuries/scratches).

Cash Narrative – Temple is a risky cash game play but he provided significant salary relief. I feel much better playing him in the GPP format; however, I’m going to roll the dice.

GPP Narrative – Only one off the board play tonight in the GPP format. I’ll play Patty Mills and hope that an increase in minutes translates to a nice DFS night.
