MLB – On the Hill – May 29 (Early)

Today’s On the Hill will focus on the nine-game afternoon slate of MLB action. Pitching on the slate features a lot of mid-priced options to choose from so my top two pitchers are both somewhat of a value in comparison to most slates. On the hitter’s side, there are a lot of stacks that interest […]

MLB – Industry Expert Consensus – May 26th

Nothing better than kicking off a long Memorial Day weekend with some MLB DFS action to enjoy while you grill up some food and have a few beverages. Well, what could be better is taking home a nice payday to start the weekend so give the consensus rankings and projected ownership percentages a look before finalizing those winning lineups. Ace pitchers and Coors Field head up the 15 (14 on DK) game slate of action. Hope everyone has a safe Memorial Day weekend.

MLB – On the Hill – May 26

Another week has come and gone, TGIF! A big 15-game (or 14 on DraftKings as they ignore the White Sox/Tigers double-dip) that features some good high-priced pitching options to choose from plus the Rockies return to Coors to face the Cardinals. I also have a game not at Coors Field that I think is very stack-worthy tonight.

MLB – On the Hill – May 24

Man, I hate it when I make a last minute change that backfires and takes my lineup from an easy cash in all 50/50s and Head-to-Heads and drops it just below the cash line. I think I’d rather get sniped in the final at-bats of a GPP because at least there I know that I put out my best lineup and it just wasn’t quite enough. Just a reminder to me and anyone else out there, that your first instinct is usually the one to go with.

Anyway, there are a few solid pitching options on Wednesday night’s 10-game slate but one pitcher sails high above the rest and will be hard to pivot away from especially in Cash games. As usual, there is never a shortage of “gas can” pitchers to consider stacking against but see which stacks bubbled to the top for tonight.

MLB – On the Hill – May 23

Back to a full 15-game slate on a Tuesday night of MLB action. We have some stud pitchers on the bump tonight including Mr. Clayton Kershaw and a host of other solid options. Rostering the high-priced Kershaw for me always comes down to if I feel comfortable with the value hitting options on the slate […]

MLB – Industry Expert Consensus – May 22

Monday night features a solid nine-game MLB slate to start off the week. Be sure watch the weather reports carefully before setting lineups tonight with a fair amount of games with some kind of rain in the forecast. We also have more windy at Wrigley blowing out which should make Cubs and Giants popular options but there are two other games that also have stacks recommended on both sides of the field. On the mound we have a few solid options to choose from, so be sure to sign up for our premium content to see who the DFS experts like the most on tonight’s slate.

MLB – On the Hill – May 19

Finally, some pitchers that I actually want to roster. There may even be too many pitchers that I like tonight which will make it difficult to choose which ones to use, so I build out my hitters before selecting my pitchers which is opposite the typical way I go about lineup construction. Don’t let my optimism on the pitchers lead you to think there are not good hitting stacks to deploy. On a 14-game night slate of MLB action, there are still plenty of bats in good spots.
