Matt had a good night with his FanDuel lineups last night cashing in both 50/50s and GPPs while Stephen cashed again with his FantasyDraft GPP lineup. Apparently, it might take me a day or two to get back in the groove with my DraftKings lineups which failed to cash last night. Check out tonight’s lineups!

Here is a list of the “rules” we are following when constructing lineups:

  1. We will make two separate lineups for each site (FanDuel and DraftKings), one for Cash games and one for GPP tournaments.
  2. For Cash games, we will build the core of our lineup from the Consensus list using any player listed regardless of what tier they are in and will be allowed to choose 1 player that is not on the Consensus list that we consider to be a good play.
  3. For GPP games, we are allowed to choose up to add 2-3 players that are not on the Consensus list to help complete a hitter stack or we consider to be a good play.
  4. We can modify any lineup as we see fit for any late-breaking lineup news that opens up good options even if they are not on the Consensus list.

As always be sure to check for late-breaking news regarding weather and lineups.

Cash Game Lineup

Cash Narrative – Back after a nice night on Tuesday where I was able to find the money with both lineups. Wainwright on the bump with a solid lineup to pair with him. Gyorko has been white hot and could pick up some steals with Marte and Fowler. Don’t underestimate the value of the steal, especially on FanDuel.

GPP Narrative – I love Jimmy Nelson in the GPP tonight! He is an off the board play. A stack of Brewers in Gennett, Braun and Lucroy. Outside of the stack, I paired up Cardinals (Diaz, Adams) and Rangers (Beltre, Rua) though neither pair is hitting back-to-back in the lineup. Marte is my only player not stacked with a teammate. Let’s keep up the momentum from last night!

Cash Game Lineup

Cash Narrative – Without any really high-priced pitchers tonight and a dirt cheap Neil Walker, I was able to fit in a bunch of stud hitters. Hopefully they come through tonight.

GPP Lineup

GPP

GPP Narrative – Going with chalky stacks of the Cubs and Brewers and throwing in Trout for good measure by paying down for both of my pitchers tonight including an off the board play of Jimmy Nelson one of my On the Hill recommendations.

Cash Narrative – Montero is a substitution play for Contreras, who is on our Consensus list but not in the lineup tonight. David Dahl is my one off-the-board play. I love McCullers and Yu tonight. Yu was one of my BvP plays for tonight (this sentence makes me cringe when reading it due to the word Yu and was and it sound like misplaced subject-verb agreement). Anyway, don’t really like the bats to pair with these two pitching options, but that’s ok, if they go ham, then it should be enough to cash.

GPP Narrative – I guess I am alone in the Archie Bradley bandwagon. I get why the guys above like Jimmy Nelson, but his form hasn’t been great (though he pitches well at home). I love Archie Bradley because the Brewers don’t have a ton of lefties (his struggles). Bradley is outstanding against RH bats and he pitches better away from Chase. He also sports a near 9 per 9 K rate this season and the Brewers strike out a ton. Sticking Rangers, Cubs and Trout in here along with Bundy as a punt. I wasn’t on Bundy until our Consensus came out, but he’s so cheap, he could still strike out 6 or 7, give up 5 and pay off value. Bradley is my lone off-the-board play.
