Good results for our lineups last night with both Matt and I winning in with our Cash game lineups and Matt bringing home a nice GPP finish (399 out of 70,194) in the MLB Squeeze on FanDuel with a score of 235.4. Hopefully, this is the start of something on the GPP side after getting shut out last week.
Here is a list of the “rules” we are following when constructing lineups:
- We will make two separate lineups for each site (FanDuel and DraftKings), one for Cash games and one for GPP tournaments.
- For Cash games, we will build the core of our lineup from the Consensus list using any player listed regardless of what tier they are in and will be allowed to choose 1 player that is not on the Consensus list that we consider to be a good play.
- For GPP games, we are allowed to choose up to add 2-3 players that are not on the Consensus list to help complete a hitter stack or we consider to be a good play.
- We can modify any lineup as we see fit for any late-breaking lineup news that opens up good options even if they are not on the Consensus list.

Cash Narrative – Lester should throw up some zeroes opposite the Padres and the Cubs never seem to lose anymore. Off the board play with Chris Young hitting in the 5-hole of the Red Sox lineup.
GPP Lineup
GPP Narrative – Gausman has provided solid return this season. I’m going off the board with the middle of the Cardinals lineup in Holliday and Grichuk. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it…so I’m stacking Dbacks again tonight.

Cash Narrative – Had a hard time fitting in all of the Consensus plays tonight since there wasn’t much value on the list. I was able to get my top two pitchers of the night but that limited my Coors Field exposure on the hitting side. Had to go with one off-the-board play with Desmond.
GPP Lineup
GPP Narrative – Since I couldn’t make a Cash lineup I liked with exposure to Coors Field I decided to load up on stacks of Diamondbacks and Rockies in my GPP lineup tonight while paying down for both of my pitchers including an off-the-board pick of Berrios. My other off-the-board picks is Ruiz as a cheap catcher options with HR potential.

Cash Narrative – You are going to see two completely opposite lineups for cash and GPP. If the weather holds up in Chicago, I will be going Lester like I presume 70 percent of the 50/50 field will, which seems to be the case on FA. I have no Rockies which I hate but I was bound by the Consensus to pay up for 2B/SS.
GPP Lineup
GPP Narrative – Here we take two really cheap pitchers that have good matchups. The Team of Adams are also a part of my BvP Lineup for today. My off-the-board plays are Cesar Hernandez (hitting in the 2-hole against Matt Wisler’s soon-to-be-ballooned stats against lefties. Ben Gamel is a 9-hole, lefty for the Yankees who is the dart throws of all dart throws today. Dietrich is leading off and super cheap against a sorry pitcher for the Brewers, so I can’t leave him off. Reddick is the hottest A’s hitter against one of the worst pitchers on the board. The rest are Coors. This Bud’s for you!
